Riverside Glamping Pods
Our two heated glamping pods are situated in a prime riverside location on the banks of the river Tryweryn. More spacious than your average pod and uniquely styled, they are perfect for campers who don’t want the hassle of putting up a tent.
The pods are designed for comfort in any weather, equipped with electricity, heating, and lighting to keep you cosy year-round. Stay connected with free WiFi, standard plug sockets, and convenient USB charging points.
Spacious and thoughtfully furnished, the glamping pods comfortably accommodate up to four people. With a double bed and two single beds, they’re perfect for family glamping adventures, romantic escapes, or a getaway with up to four friends in the heart of North Wales.
Each pod features a covered porch area, ideal for sheltered cooking, and a picnic table where you can dine alfresco while enjoying scenic views of the white water. You might even spot a passing raft or kayak, adding a splash of excitement to your stay.
Please note that bedding and cooking equipment are not provided, so be sure to bring your own essentials.
You’re welcome to bring a barbecue to enhance your stay, but for safety reasons, campfires are not permitted in this area of the campsite.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and we kindly ask that you check out by 11:00 AM.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dogs in our riverside pods. Additionally, smoking is not allowed inside the pods. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
From £70 to £90 a night for two people, with additional adults and kids for £7 per night.
There is a two night minimum stay which may be longer in bank holidays and other peak periods.

The pods come with the following included: Double sofa bed and mattress Two single beds and mattresses Small interior tables A large outdoor picnic bench A sheltered cooking surface under the porch
The pods come with an electric heater and are fully insulated. There are several domestic plug sockets and USB charging points powered by a 16A supply. The pod is well lit inside and there is an outdoor light in the porch.
We provide comfy beds but not bedding so you should bring sheets, sleeping bags and pillows.
There are places to eat at locally, including a cafe a short walk away, but we’d suggest bringing camping cooking equipment and/or a barbecue to enjoy those outdoor meals beside the river.
We have a small shop on site selling camping essentials and charcoal but it would be worth stocking up on food from one of local shops in Bala. There is a fridge and freezer for the use of guests on the campsite.
Bring a torch! We are in a dark sky reserve. This means it’s amazing for star gazing but can get dark around the campsite at night time.
With a double bed and two single beds the pods will sleep up to 4 people. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children or up to 3 adults.
